Welcome to Lifedex. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lifedex mobile applications, websites, and cloud synchronization services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lifedex operates under a **Local-First with Hybrid Cloud Backup** paradigm.

• Data Ownership:All data logged (fitness logs, intermittent fasts, financial balances, study hours, tasks) is stored locally in your device's encrypted memory by default. You own and control your local storage files.
• Account Synchronization: Creating a cloud sync account is mandatory to utilize the Lifedex ecosystem, process subscription plans, and secure automatic backup synchronization. Your local data will synchronize securely to our private Supabase database using high-resolution timestamp conflict resolutions. You can wipe your cloud data or delete your account at any time.
• Web-to-App Pre-Configuration: If you initiate your setup via our website, those configuration metrics are securely processed and pre-saved to the cloud database (Supabase) first, and then populated to your local device database upon your first authentication inside the mobile client.

Certain features (such as background biological sensor sync, advanced widgets, and passive XP multipliers for companion levels) require a paid premium upgrade ("Lifedex Pro").

All transactions, billing, and subscription cancellations are processed through official mobile storefront channels (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). Upgrades are subject to standard auto-renewal policies unless turned off at least 24 hours before the active billing sequence expires.

The Lifedex ecosystem, source code, visual design guidelines, proprietary "Mark B Reticle" vector logo systems, Day Score calculation algorithms, and companion mascot inventory designs are the sole intellectual property of Lifedex and Rodrigo. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the compiled client applications on authorized personal devices only.

All calculations (such as Day Scores, Intermittent Fasting metabolic phases like Ketosis/Autophagy, and nutrition values) are designed strictly for motivational purposes. **Lifedex is not a medical device or a certified financial planner.** No telemetry, score, or recommendation constitutes medical, nutritional, or investment advice. Always consult certified healthcare and financial professionals.

These Terms and your relationship with Lifedex shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the judicial courts of Brazil.
